O R D E R

According to the petitioner, except on the last posting date on 29.07.2015, he had appeared before the court below on all the other posting dates. On 29.07.2015, he could not appear before the court below and consequently, non-bailable warrant has been issued. The petitioner shall surrender before the court below on the next posting date or prior to it and move for bail. In such case, the court below shall consider the said application and dispose of the same on the date of filing itself, provided, advance notice is served on the concerned learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
