O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. It seems that the vehicle has been released to the petitioner. At the same time, the court below has chosen to keep the original records of the vehicle in the safe custody of the court. The court below can retain the certified copy of the records and shall release the original records of the vehicle to the petitioner from whose custody those records were taken.

In the result, this Crl.M.C is allowed and the court below is directed to release the original records of the vehicle to the petitioner forthwith.
