O R D E R

The petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.252/CR/KLM/2009 CBCID EOW-1, Pathanamthitta. It seems that, at the time of granting bail, the court below has imposed a condition that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday between 10 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the final report is filed, for the purpose of investigation.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation of the case is over and final report has been submitted by the Investigating Officer before the higher-ups for getting it approved. As the investigation has been completed, the aforesaid condition imposed by the court below can be lifted.
