O R D E R
Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.207/2014 of the Kunnicode Police Station, Kollam registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341 and 323 read with Section 34 IPC, which is presently pending as C.C.No.510/2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-III, Punalur.

The matter has been settled between the parties. The defacto complainant has filed Annexure A2 affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled and he has no complaint against the petitioners. When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as the defacto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent has no
