O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Crl.M.C with liberty to move the trial court for discharge. The submission is accepted. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the trial court for discharge. The learned counsel expresses his concern that there is possibility of remand to judicial custody, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Magistrate. This Court has already made some directions on 15.9.2015. The petitioner can very well surrender, complying with the directions made by the court earlier, and make application for bail.
