O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.233/2014 of Idukki Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 read with Section 34 IPC, presently pending as CC.335/2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Idukki. It seems that even final report has been prepared in the matter on 26.03.2015 only. Annexure-A2 shows that the first posting date of the case was on 21.07.2015. On that day, straight away, Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. steps were initiated , as non bailable warrant was returned. According to the petitioner, he was no in the know-how of the crime as he was working in New Delhi.

In the event of his surrender before the court below within 15 days and on his moving an application for

bail, the court below shall dispose of the said application on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice on such application has been given to the Assistant Public Prosecutor also.
