~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.128/2015 of Mankada Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326 and 308 read with Section 34 IPC. The limited request of the petitioner at present is that his application seeking bail may be considered and disposed of on the date of filing itself.

On hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the court below can be directed to dispose of the application seeking bail that may be filed by the petitioner on his

surrender before the court below, within one month from today, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice on such application has been given to the Assistant Public Prosecutor also.

With the said observations, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of.
