Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

On a perusal of the records, this Court is satisfied that it is not just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect a transfer as prayed for. There is absolutely nothing to interfere with Annexure I order.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed. It is made clear that in case of any interference from the part of the Police as against the petitioner in the conduct of the case, the petitioner can very well approach the trial court or this Court, for appropriate relief.
