O R D E R

Defacto complainant in Crime No.331 of 2015 of the Vidyanagar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 341, 323 and 505(2) IPC read with Section 149 IPC, has come up with a prayer to get all further proceedings in the crime, quashed.

2. It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. According to the petitioner, it was on account of the mistaken identity, the case happened to be registered. The petitioner has no complaints at present. The petitioner has sought for getting the proceedings in the crime quashed.

3. When the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter, there is no meaning in proceeding with the matter any further. Matters being so, all further proceedings in

CRL.M.C. No.6270 of 2015 Crime No.331 of 2015 of the Vidyanagar Police Station can be quashed.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and all further proceedings in Crime No.331 of 2015 of the Vidyanagar Police Station are hereby quashed.
