O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioners are the accused in Sessions Case No.504/2013 of the Assistant Sessions Court, Nedumangad for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 308 read with Section 149 IPC. 2.
According to the petitioners, the matter has been amicably settled between them and the de facto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent herein. The 2nd respondent has filed an affidavit stating that the matter has been amicably settled between them and he has no complaints against the petitioners.

On going through the records, it seems that the injuries are trivial. There are no materials to invite an offence under Section 308 IPC. When the matter has been

amicably settled between the parties, no fruitful purpose will be served by proceeding with the trial. Matters being so, Annexure-A1 final report and all further proceedings in Sessions Case No.504/2013 of the Assistant Sessions Court, Nedumangad can be quashed.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-A1 final report and all further proceedings in Sessions Case No.504/2013 of the Assistant Sessions Court, Nedumangad are quashed.
