ORDER

The petitioner herein was granted bail by this Court on 30.5.2014, under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on certain conditions, in Crime No. 599/2014 of the Thiruvalla Police Station. One of the condition is that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the Investigating Officer, and shall appear before the Investigating Officer between 9.30 AM and 11.30 AM on all Mondays and Wednesdays, until further orders. The petitioner now seeks orders lifting the said condition on the ground that the whole investigation process is over. On hearing both sides, and on a perusal of the materials, I find that the said condition can now be lifted. It is definite that the Police must have completed the investigation in the crime. The condition was imposed by this Court on 30.5.2014, and now we are at the end of September 2015. In the result, the petition is allowed. The condition in Clause (b) of the order dated 30.5.2014 of this Court in B.A. No. 3385/2014 will stand lifted.
