Initially, the crime registered in the matter was attempted to be dropped by the investigating officer on the ground that the matter was purely civil in nature and a breach of contract. At that juncture, the petitioner preferred Annexure-A2 complaint before the State Police Chief. The present complaint is that no action has been taken by the State Police Chief on Annexure-A2.

2.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that on getting Annexure A2, the State Police Chief has ordered the concerned Dy.S.P. to conduct a fruitful investigation in the matter. Investigation was conducted, and as once again it has come out that the matter is purely of civil in nature, and

CRL.M.C.No. 6529 of 2015 -: 2 :- it is a breach of contract, the investigation is closed by referring the matter as civil in nature.

3. Presently there is nothing to interfere with the matter. In case of any further grievance in the matter, it is open to the petitioner to file a protest complaint before the court below. With the said liberty, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of.
