O R D E R
The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.1087 of 2014 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Thaliparamba, which has arisen from Crime No.2 of 2000 of the Thaliparamba Police Station, for the offence under Section 324 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.
2. The defacto complainant is the 2nd respondent herein and the other accused is the 3rd respondent herein. It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Respondents 2 and 3 have filed separate affidavits, affirming that the matter has been amicably settled by them with
Crl.M.C. No.6530 of 2015 the petitioner and they have no complaints or grievance against the petitioner. It seems that the injuries sustained to respondents 2 and 3 are trivial. No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioner. When the matter stands settled between the parties, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter any further. Therefore, all further proceedings in C.C.No.1087 of 2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Thaliparamba, which has arisen from Crime No.2 of 2000 of the Thaliparamba Police Station, can be quashed. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and all further proceedings in C.C.No.1087 of 2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Thaliparamba, which has arisen from Crime No.2 of 2000 of the Thaliparamba Police Station are hereby quashed.
