~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.624/2015 of Vadakkekara Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 294(b) and 427 IPC.

It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

The defacto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent herein, has filed Annexure-B affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioner and presently, he has no complaints against the petitioner. When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter any further. Matters being so, all further proceedings in Annexure-A First Information Report
Crl.M.C.6579/2015 : 2 :
in Crime No.624/2015 of Vadakkekara Police Station can be quashed.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and all further proceedings as against the petitioner in Annexure-A First Information Report in Crime No.624/2015 of Vadakkekara Police Station are quashed.
