O R D E R

Petitioner is an accused in 10 crimes at different Police Stations in Thiruvananthapuram District. He was granted anticipatory bail through Annexure-1 order and he was directed to report before the investigating officer on 13.03.2015 in between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.

It is practically impossible for a person to reach all the police stations within such a time limit. He appeared in four crimes and executed bonds, and subsequently he filed Crl.M.P. No.1278/2015 for enlargement of time for surrender. Time from 17.07.2015 to 27.07.2015 was granted. On 18.07.2015, when he appeared in one of the crimes, he was arrested and remanded. As far as that case

CRL.M.C.No. 6590 of 2015 -: 2 :- is concerned, he can move the concerned court under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

With regard to the other crimes, 15 days' time more, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the conditions.

With the above directions, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of.
