O R D E R
Petitioner wants to get condition No.2 imposed by the learned Magistrate in Annexure A3 order modified. 2.
According to the petitioner, the landed property of the petitioner is now mortgaged with the Bank through an equitable mortgage by way of deposit of title deeds and therefore, her property cannot be offered as security. Instead of that she is ready and willing to offer her sister-in-law's property as security.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and condition No.2 is modified to the effect that the petitioner need only offer landed property of her sister-in-law as security and execute necessary document before the court below. Sd/- B.KEMAL PASHA, JUDGE ul/- [True copy] P.S. to Judge
