O R D E R

The petitioner challenges Condition No.(a) imposed by the court below in Annexure-A1 order. Through the said condition, the court below has ordered that at the time of execution of bond, the learned Magistrate shall insist for the production of the original title deed or solvency certificate for ₹2,00,000/-. The aforesaid condition is modified and the sureties shall produce their title deeds in respect of their property before the court below at the time of execution of the bond. The attested copies

Crl.M.C. No.6843 of 2015 of those documents shall be deposited before the concerned court and the originals shall be returned to the sureties after verification.

This Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
