O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Annexure A1 is modified to the effect that the petitioner need only execute a bond for ₹1,00,000/-, with two solvent sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the court below. The remaining conditions contained in condition No. (1) are lifted.

It has been pointed out that as far as condition No.(4) is concerned, the petitioner is not having any passport with him and he had reached the country from USA by making use of an emergency certificate issued from the embassy. Matters being so, the petitioner need only file an affidavit to that effect before the court below. Accordingly,
CRL.M.C.No. 6856 of 2015 -: 2 :- condition No.(4) is also lifted.

Over and above it, the petitioner shall not leave the State of Kerala without the prior permission of the court below. With regard to condition No.6, security deposit of ₹25,000/- prescribed by the court below, is lifted. The other conditions will prevail.
This Crl.M.C. is disposed of as above.
