O R D E R

In a casual manner the passport has been ordered to be deposited. When the petitioner was enlarged on bail in Crime No.82 of 2011 of the Edakkad Police Station for the offences under Sections 468 and 471 IPC, the court below has incorporated a condition in Annexure-A3 order that the petitioner should surrender his passport before the court below. Complying with the direction, he has surrendered his passport. On an application for getting back his passport returned, the court below shall allow the said request.
