O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.792/2015 of Pudunagaram Police Station, Palakkad District, for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 326 read with Section 34 IPC.

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Respondents 2 and 3 are the de facto complainant and the injured and they have filed Annexures-B and C affidavits affirming that the matter has been amicably settled by them with the petitioners and they have no complaints against the petitioners.

The petitioners as well as respondents 2 and 3 are youngsters of the age group 22 to 24 only. The allegation against the petitioners is that they beat the injured

with a cricket stump, whereby he sustained fracture of maxilla. No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioners. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose will be served in continuing with this matter. Matters being so, Annexure-A and all further proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.792/2015 of Pudunagaram Police Station, can be quashed.
