O R D E R

The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.423/2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-III, Thrissur, which has arisen from Crime No.133/2015 of the Peechi Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 294(b) IPC.

2. The parties have settled the matter amicably. The 2nd respondent herein is the de facto complainant. The de facto complainant has filed Annexure -III affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled and he has no complaints against the petitioner.

3. No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioner. It seems that the injuries sustained by the de facto complainant are trivial. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the settlement arrived at

Crl.M.C. No. 6897 of 2015 between the parties, this Court is satisfied that no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter.
