Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the accused in C.P.No.33 of 2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Palakkad, which has arisen from Crime No.4 of 2010 of the Palakkad Excise Range.

3. The court below shall dispose of the application seeking bail, if any that may be filed by the petitioner on his surrender before the court below within ten days from today, on the date of
