ORDER
This revision petition is directed against the order in C.M.P. No.3505/2011 dated 19.12.2011 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court - I, Tirur. As per the impugned order the learned Magistrate found that the complainant had not made any prima facie case against the accused and therefore there is no ground for proceed against the accused and consequently dismissed the complaint under Section 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This matter was admitted on 13.06.2012. When this matter was taken for further consideration today, the learned counsel on both sides submitted that pending the revision petition the parties have amicably settled the matter and in the said circumstances, the revision petitioner did not wish to pursue the matter in further.
