Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the accused in L.P.No.43 of 2011 before the Principal Assistant Sessions Court, Thrissur, which has arisen from Crime No.237 of 2003 of the Kunnamkulam Police Station.

3. The court below shall dispose of the application seeking bail, if any that may be filed by the petitioner on his surrender before the court below within fifteen days from today, on the date

Crl.M.C. No.6930 of 2015 of filing itself, provided, advance notice has been issued to the learned Public Prosecutor in charge of the case. The court below shall take note of the fact that all the other nine accused in the case were acquitted.
