O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved by Condition No.1 imposed by the court below in Annexure-I order, for the release of Santro car bearing Registration No.KL-14-G-5272 involved in Crime No.884 of 2015 of the Nadakkavu Police Station.

2. The court below has imposed Condition No.1 to the effect that the petitioner shall produce bank guarantee for ₹5,00,000/-. It seems that the amount ordered is too excessive. The court below shall obtain the valuation of the vehicle from the

No.6936 of 2015 Motor Vehicle Inspector or Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector, as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and modify Condition No.1 accordingly.
