ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of S.C.No.229 of 2013 of the Additional District and Sessions Court-I, (Special Court), Thalassery wherein he is the accused. As required by the Court, the learned trial Judge has submitted report that the total pendency in that court is 697 Sessions Cases, and that cases stand scheduled for trial up to 18.02.2016. The learned trial Judge has reported that the present case could be tried and disposed of within six months. The report submitted by the learned trial Judge is recorded that S.C.No.229 of 2013 can be disposed of within six months, and this Crl.M.C. is accordingly closed.
