O R D E R

The petitioners are the accused in S.T.No.903 of 1997 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-III, Thrissur, which is presently pending as L.P.No.94 of 2004 before the said court. The case is relating to an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The precise request of the petitioner is that he wants to plead guilty in the case before the court below.

2. In case of surrender of the petitioner before the court below within fifteen days from today, the court below shall permit the petitioner to plead guilty of the offence under Section 138 of

Crl.M.C. No.7001 of 2015 the Negotiable Instruments Act, on the same day itself, and shall pass appropriate orders.
