O R D E R

The petitioner herein is the revision petitioner in Crl.R.P.No.18/2014 of the Court of Session, Thalassery. What is under challenge in the said revision is an order passed by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kuthuparamba rejecting the petitioner's request for interim custody of a huge amount, under Section 451 Cr.P.C. The petitioner seeks orders for early disposal of the revision. There is report by the learned Sessions Judge that the revision now stands posted to 19.03.2015 for lower court records. A time bound disposal is felt inappropriate in the present circumstance. However, the learned Sessions Judge will consider the urgency of the case where huge amount is involved, and if the petitioner is entitled to get the said amount under Section 451 Cr.P.C., he must get it at the earliest.
