~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioners are the accused in C.P. No.37/2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Attingal, which has arisen from Crime No.147/2015 of Attingal Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 308 read with Section 34 IPC.

It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The records do not reveal the ingredients of an offence under Section 308 IPC. The 2nd respondent, who is the defacto complainant, has filed Annexure-A3 affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioners and he has no complaints against the petitioners.

When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter any further. Matters being so, all further proceedings against the petitioners in C.P. No.37/2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Attingal, which has arisen from Crime No.147/2015 of Attingal Police Station, can be quashed.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and all further proceedings against the petitioners in C.P. No.37/2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Attingal, which has arisen from Crime No.147/2015 of Attingal Police Station, are quashed.
