O R D E R

Petitioners are accused Nos.1, 2 and 5 in Crime No.123/2014 of the Thodupuzha Police Station, Idukki registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (b), 307, 362, 365, 337, 341 and 506(ii) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first petitioner herein is the father-in-law of the 2nd respondent.

The incident involved in this case is allegedly on account of the disputes between the defacto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent in this case, and his wife. It has been reported that presently all the disputes between the defacto complainant and his wife have been resolved and they are now living together. The 1st petitioner is the father in law of the 2nd respondent. The defacto complainant has filed

CRL.M.C.No. 7091 of 2015 -: 2 :- Annexure-A4 affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioners and he has no complaints against the petitioners.

When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter any further. Matters being so, all further proceedings in Annexure-A2 First Information Report in Crime No.123/14 of the Thodupuzha Police Station, can be quashed.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and all further proceedings in Annexure-A2 First Information Report in Crime No.123/14 of the Thodupuzha Police Station, are hereby quashed.
