O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioners stand charge sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324 and 326 read with Section 34 IPC and the matter is presently pending as C.C. No.2572/2012 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Cherthala. The case has arisen from Crime No.1440/2012 of Cherthala Police Station. Presently, the matter has been settled between the de facto complainant and the petitioners.

Considering the seriousness of the offences involved, this Court is not in a position to accept and endorse the settlement arrived at between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that the

1st petitioner will lose his job in case the matter is not disposed of expeditiously.

The court below shall take note of the settlement arrived at between the parties, take the case out of turn, and dispose it of, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
