JUDGMENT
Ramachandran Nair, J.
The land was acquired for NTPC for construction of staff quarters and the Section 4(1) notification is dated 17.4.1990. The land acquisition officer awarded land value @ ` 2200/- per Are which was enhanced to `4,400/- per Are. The property is wet land. As far as the fixation of land value for wet land is concerned, this Court has dismissed the appeal namely LAA No.707/2000 wherein the value of wet land was fixed at `6400/- per Are. In that view of the matter, the award made by the reference court herein is reasonable. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, JUDGE P.V.ASHA, JUDGE sv.
