O R D E R

As per the orders of this Court, the court below has reconstructed the FIR and the complaint, and presently it is available before the court below. Matters being so, the court below need not keep the matter idle further and it has to act upon it, without delay. It seems that the court below is awaiting further orders in the matter. The court below need not expect any further orders in the matter. When the court below was specifically directed to reconstruct the records, it was for the purpose of proceeding with the matter. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and the court below is directed to proceed with the matter expeditiously.
