Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Presently, the limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the court below, and in such case, the court below may be directed to dispose of the application on the date of filing itself. 3.

The court below shall dispose of the application seeking bail that may be filed by the petitioner on his surrender before the court below within a period of 10 days from today, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice on such application has been given to the Assistant
