O R D E R
The petitioners are accused in Crime No.1682 of 2015 of the Kuthuparamba Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 447 and 506(ii) IPC read with Section 149 IPC.
2. It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The defacto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent herein, has filed an affidavit as Annexure-3, affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioners and he has no complaints against the petitioners. When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter any further. No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioners. Matters being so, Annexure-1 First Information
Crl.M.C. No. 7181 of 2015 -:2:- Report in Crime No.1682 of 2015 of the Kuthuparamba Police Station, and all further proceedings in it, can be quashed. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-1 First Information Report in Crime No.1682 of 2015 of the Kuthuparamba Police Station, and all further proceedings in it, are hereby quashed.
