O R D E R
The petitioners are accused in Crime No.1204 of 2014 of the Vadakara Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 465, 468 and 471 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.
2. The matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, who is the 1st respondent herein. The defacto complainant has filed Annexure -2 affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioners and he has no complaints against the petitioners.

No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioners. When the matter has been amicably settled, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter further. Matters being so, Annexure-1 First Information Report in Crime No.1204 of 2014 of the Vadakara Police
Crl.M.C. No. 7199 of 2015 Station and all further proceedings in it, can be quashed. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-1 First Information Report in Crime No.1204 of 2014 of the Vadakara Police Station and all further proceedings in it, are hereby quashed.
