Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

2. In view of condition No.7 imposed by the court below in Annexure-A order, condition No.2 is modified as follows: "the petitioner shall execute a bond for ₹ 1,19,000/-, with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below and that the sureties shall produce the copies of their title deeds". The court below shall verify the copies of the title deeds with the originals and return the originals at the time of production itself, after verification.
