O R D E R
Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.196/2015 of the Panangad Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 465, 467 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The 3rd respondent has filed an affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioner and he has no complaints against the petitioner. When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter any further. Matters being so,
CRL.M.C.No. 7227 of 2015 -: 2 :- Annexure-A1 First Information Report in Crime No.196/2015 of the Panangad Police Station, and all further proceedings in it, can be quashed.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-A1 First Information Report in Crime No.196/2015 of the Panangad Police Station, and all further proceedings in it, are hereby quashed.
