O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Proceedings against the petitioner are presently pending as committal proceedings before the court below. The petitioner is the 2nd accused. All the accused are on bail. Visa of the petitioner is going to be expired on 11.01.2016. He will have to report back prior to that period and to get his Visa renewed, for which the petitioner is in need of his passport.

The court below shall return the passport of the petitioner on the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for ₹1 lakh with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court below.

Crl.M.C.7416/2015 : 2 :

(ii) The petitioner shall deposit an amount of ₹1 lakh before the court below by way of security for his return within a period of three months from the date of return of his passport.

(iii) The petitioner shall report back before the court below within three months from the date of return of his passport. In case of failure, the amount in deposit shall be forfeited. On his reporting back within the period, the amount of security shall be returned to the petitioner.

Crl.M.C. is disposed of as above.
