O R D E R
Petitioners are accused in Crime No.1549 of 2015 of the Payyannur Police Station, Kannur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 452 read with Section 34 IPC.

The matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent herein. The defacto complainant has filed Annexure -AII affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioners and he has no complaints against the petitioners.

No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioners. When the matter has been amicably settled, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter further, and therefore, Annexure-AI First Information Report in Crime
Crl.M.C. No.7500 of 2015 No.1549 of 2015 of the Payyannur Police Station, Kannur, and all further proceedings as against the petitioners based on it, can be quashed.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-AI First Information Report in Crime No.1549 of 2015 of the Payyannur Police Station, Kannur, and all further proceedings as against the petitioners based on it, are hereby quashed.
