O R D E R

Petitioner is accused in Crime No.2910/2015 of the Adoor Police Station, Pathanamthitta registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(i) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The defacto complainant, who is the second respondent herein, has filed Annexure A2 affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioner and he has no complaints against the petitioner. When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose would be served in

CRL.M.C.No. 7578 of 2015 -: 2 :- proceeding with the matter any further. Matters being so, Annexure-A1 First Information Report in Crime No.2910/2015 of the Adoor Police Station, and all further proceedings in it, as against the petitioner, can be quashed. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-A1 First Information Report in Crime No.2910/2015 of the Adoor Police Station, and all further proceedings in it, as against the petitioner, are hereby quashed.
