O R D E R
The request of the petitioner is to get condition No.4 imposed by the court below in Annexure A1 order lifted. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that this is a case in which an amount of more than ₹1 crore was swindled away from the State Bank of Travancore by committing impersonation and cheating. It is also pointed out that the petitioner was absconding for a pretty long period from 2007 to 2014. It was at that juncture, he was directed to surrender his passport. The investigating officer is awaiting FSL report for completing the investigation. At
Crl.M.C. 7601 of 2015 -: 2 :- this stage, it is not at all feasible to lift the aforesaid condition imposed by the court below.
