O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioners are accused Nos.12 and 13 in CC No.328/2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Nadapuram, which has arisen from Crime No.463/2011 of Kuttiadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 427 and 153A read with Section 149 IPC. All the other accused were acquitted through Annexure-II judgment.

It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the de facto complainant and the other affected person, who are respondents 1 and 2 herein.

Respondents 1 and 2 have filed Annexure-III and IV affidavits affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between them and the petitioners and presently, they

have no complaints against the petitioners. No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioners. No purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter further. Matters being so, all further proceedings against the petitioners in CC No.328/2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Nadapuram, which has arisen from Crime No.463/2011 of Kuttiadi Police Station, can be quashed.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and all further proceedings against the petitioners in CC No.328/2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Nadapuram, which has arisen from Crime No.463/2011 of Kuttiadi Police Station, are quashed.
