ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non issuance of the certified copy of the order passed in Crl.M.P. No. 10666/2012 in C.C. No.254/2010. The order is said to have been passed on 22.11.2013 and despite a copy application being filed on 25.11.2013, it is contended that no copy has been received so far. The case is posted to 27.12.2013 for trial. The petitioner seeks that direction be issued to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, to issue the certified copy and to keep the trial in abeyance till then. The petitioner is justified in seeking for a direction to issue certified copy, but, there is no reason why the trial should be stayed in the meanwhile. In such circumstance, there shall be a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Tirur, expeditiously issue a certified copy of the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.10666/2012 in C.C. No.254/2010, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Crl.M.C. is disposed of.
