O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. According to the petitioner, his land is not involved in any such offence as alleged in Crime No.149 of 2007 of the Santhanpara Police Station now being investigated by the CBCID.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigating officer has requested for three more months time to complete the investigation and to file the Final Report in the matter. According to him, three months' time is required for verifying the genuineness of the claim forwarded by the petitioner. The investigating officer shall expedite the

Crl.M.C. No.7661 of 2015 investigation and complete it within three months from today. It is made clear that the investigating officer shall complete the investigation with regard to the offence allegedly committed by the petitioner and to verify its genuineness within the said period and file a report.

With the said direction, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, in case of further grievance.
