O R D E R

Petitioners are accused in Crime No.2069 of 2015 of the Kilikolloor Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 141, 143, 147, 148, 323, 452, 427 and 506(i) read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent herein and the other affected persons, who are respondents 3 and 4 herein. The defacto complainant and the other affected persons have filed Annexures-2, 3 and 4 affidavits, affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between them and the petitioners, and they have no complaints against the petitioners.

No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioners. When the matter has been amicably settled, no purpose would be served in proceeding with the matter further, and therefore, Annexure-1 First Information Report in Crime No.2069 of 2015 of the Kilikolloor Police Station, and all further proceedings as against the petitioners based on it, can be quashed.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-1 First Information Report in Crime No.2069 of 2015 of the Kilikolloor Police Station, and all further proceedings as against the petitioners based on it, are hereby quashed.
