O R D E R
Petitioner was a surety for the release of a vehicle involved in a case relating to Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001. Presently, the case is over and the accused was found guilty, and he was sentenced to pay fine. The fine amount was paid. The vehicle was also released. Now, there is no case pending in the matter.

The petitioner has filed Annexure 2 C.M.P.No.8840/2015 before the court below for getting back the documents produced by the petitioner, when she stood as a surety. The same has not been disposed of so far. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and the court
CRL.M.C.No. 7755 of 2015 -: 2 :- below is directed to dispose of Annexure 2 C.M.P.No.8840/2015, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall release the title deed of the petitioner.
