O R D E R The petitioner is the accused in SC.No.494/2014 on the file of the Prl.Sessions Court, Thalassery. The allegation is that he has committed the offences under Sections 341 and 323 IPC. The victim is a minor. It is submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the proceedings may be quashed.

Both offences are compoundable. So, it is only proper that the petitioner and the victim along with his guardian approach the court concerned to record the compromise.

In the result, this petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3 who are the victim and his guardian to file a petition before the
