The court below is directed to dispose of the application seeking bail that may be filed by the petitioner on his surrender before the court below within a period of 10 (ten) days from today, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice on such application has been given to the Assistant Public Prosecutor also. Till then, the coercive steps against the petitioner shall not be executed.
