ORDER

The prayer in this petition is to lift condition No.II in order dated 25.6.2014 in Crl.M.C.1272/2014 directing the petitioner to surrender his passport before the Sessions Court on his being released on bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no intention to go to Ireland. The petitioner shall file an affidavit before the court below to that effect. On filing such an affidavit, the passport of the petitioner shall be released to him for a period of six months. He shall return the passport on completion of the period of six months. The affidavit should contain such an undertaking also.
